For your reading pleasure, we present a collection of documents from Fairchild. These documents detail the design dimensions of various IC packages. This is not an all-inclusive list, but it is better than what I had before, which was nothing.

Zoltan Zsilinszky found a couple pages of the 2005 Microchip product selector guide contained some nice pictures of packages. Here are gifs snapped from page 97 and page 98.
