IMPORTANT NOTES FOR USERS OF 1.00 and OLDER VERSIONS!

Each table now uses the two nSquirts independently, so each bank
can have different squirts per cycle.  You will need to make sure
that the squirts, number of cylinders and injectors is set
properly on the second constants page.  Play with this on the
stim for a while before you put it on the car.

Merged TAE cold multiplier code from V2 code.  This means that
users of old code MUST get MegaTune 2.15 or later, go to the
Enrichments dialog and set the Cold Accel Mult value when they
use an old configuration or the multiplier will be set to 170%.
